Kairos vs Notion
Notion is a strong docs-and-databases tool, and its pages are excellent. For project planning the difference is real: Notion's timeline view starts on the Business plan at about $20/user/month, and its Gantt is not dependency-aware, while Kairos ships a dependency-aware Plan view and live-linked docs on a flat $4/user/month plan.
