Is there a free trial?
Access to the paid apps (Kairos, Nomia, Iris, and Athena) is arranged with our team after signup. If a trial period applies, the duration and terms are confirmed at that time; your workspace and data are always preserved if a trial lapses.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe, plus invoice and bank transfer for annual plans.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your workspace settings. Unused credit refunds pro rata on cash payments.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund of the unused cash portion within the first 30 days of an annual term. After that, the term runs to completion; credits are never cash-refundable.
Why credits instead of a coupon?
Annual savings arrive as workspace credits, not a one-off coupon. Credits stay in your balance and follow your usage as your team grows or pauses.
