Download a full copy of your account data, workspace settings, and activity in a portable format.

Delete your account

Permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Formal Request

Submit a manual request

Use this form for rights that cannot be exercised through self-service, or if you no longer have access to your account.

If your request relates to a specific Hermes workspace, include the workspace ID found in your workspace settings.

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a full response within 30 days. In exceptional cases we may extend this by a further 60 days and will notify you accordingly.
